If you are not satisfied with your product you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Products must be unused and returned in their original condition.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser, we recommend that all items are sent back Recorded Delivery as we cannot be held responsible, nor refund items that do not make it to us.
Please note that any carriage paid is non-refundable and there is a restocking fee of 20% on all items returned. In addition to the restocking fee charges apply for any missing items, damages and packaging that my require replacing in order to return the product to a "new" condition for resale.
You must notify us of the return and gain a returns reference number prior to sending the item back. This can be gained by emailing us at web@ecacleaning.co.uk supplying us with your name, address, contact number and details of the item that you would like to return. Once you have been supplied with a return reference number please include this inside the packaging and send it to;

We suggest that you use a signed for postal service with sufficient insurance to cover the goods you are returning. Until the parcel has been signed for by us we cannot accept responsibility for any losses or damages.
