Shipping policy

DELIVERY 

We continue to work hard to get items to you as quickly as possible and try wherever possible to notify you of any delays. We currently use Royal Mail 24 Tracked and ParcelForce 24 for the majority of our items however this can differ on occasion due to the size and weight of your order. Our couriers are also authorised to leave in a safe place on the condition of a proof of delivery, if the item is missing from the safe place a claim via the courier is required. If you have any questions about your delivery then please drop us an email to web@ecacleaning.co.uk ensuring to include your "#ECA****" reference number in the subject field.

Please note that due to our fulfilment methods, it is sometimes possible a single order may arrive in multiple boxes and deliveries. If you have any questions regarding a delivery you have received, please email us with your "#ECA*****" number to receive more information.

!!IMPORTANT!! - PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY IF THE BOX IS DAMAGED, IF YOU ACCEPT A DAMAGED BOX WE ARE UNABLE TO CLAIM ANY LOSSES ON YOUR BEHALF.

Orders for in stock items, processed before 13:00 are shipped same day (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).

Backordered items are estimated between 7-10 working days.

Express shipping is available at checkout.

Unfortunately we are unable to ship outside of the UK at this point in time.

BATTERIES & AEROSOLS

Please note that Li-ion batteries and aerosols may incur an additional charge due to shipping restrictions and therefore may not be eligible for free delivery even if they are over £499.

REFUNDS POLICY

WARRANTY

We will cover return postage costs for all faulty or warranty issues* within 28 days of purchase, however, after this period it is the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend that items returned to us after the 28 day period should be sent by Recorded Delivery or equivalent service.  ECA Cleaning Ltd will not be held responsible for any damaged or uninsured returned items lost in transit sent by customers.

Please note that we do not have the authority to decide what is or is not under warranty on behalf of the manufacturer. We are authorised to identify the fault, report to the manufacturer on your behalf and follow up with completing any authorised work. If the manufacturer determines the fault to be outside of the warranty you must escalate to the manufacturer as we cannot override their decision.

MISSING, INCOMPLETE OR DAMAGED ORDERS

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged products or an incomplete order, please email web@ecacleaning.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order.

RE-DELIVERY CHARGES

Please be aware that in some cases a re-delivery charge may be required if there has been a failed delivery attempt by our courier.  If the delivery has failed because incorrect shipping details have been provided or the recipient was not present to receive the shipment, then it will be the responsibility of the customer to cover all re-delivery fees.
