Please understand that we cannot offer a full refund on an item that has been used or with damaged packaging or missing parts.
All returns must be checked and processed through our workshop which can take 7-10 days for testing and inspection. Should your item be used we will report to you a restocking fee in order to bring the item back to resalable condition. This restocking fee will be reported to you for acceptance before processing, should you not wish to accept the restocking fee your item will be returned to you.
A restocking fee is not limited to the original value of the item and will include all costs of repairing scratches, signs of use, cleaning and replacing any missing parts and damaged packaging.
