Cleans both forwards and in reverse, also manages stairs thanks to its low weight and is very easy to transport: our battery powered scrubber drier BR 35/12 C is the ideal and efficient cleaning solution for small and heavily furnished areas.
Its rotatable roller brush head with KART technology (Kärcher Advanced Response Technology) allows work on tight bends, thus ensuring maximum manoeuvrability and agility.
The powerful, long-lasting lithium-ion battery makes possible long applications, can also be recharged quickly, is completely maintenance-free and lasts up to 3 times longer than typical lead batteries.
The excellent equipment of the BR 35/12 C is complemented by the connectible eco!efficiency mode, which lowers the energy consumption considerably at the touch of a button, extends the runtime of the battery and also reduces the operating noise by around 40 percent, thus permitting applications in noise-sensitive areas.
The biggest advantage of hiring industrial cleaning machines is simple: cost savings. Purchasing hi-tech equipment means a large upfront investment, plus ongoing expenses like registration, storage, servicing, and repairs.
With hire, there’s no hefty outlay — freeing up your capital for other areas of the business. Better still, hiring is likely fully tax deductible in the first year, unlike owned equipment. And with servicing included, you can forget about unexpected repair bills too.
When you hire from ECA, you get far more than just a machine. Every hire includes full maintenance and servicing as standard, so your team never has to waste time on repairs or upkeep.
And if a machine can’t be fixed, we’ll simply deliver a replacement machine — keeping your business running smoothly without the stress or downtime.
Sometimes, the need for commercial cleaning equipment can’t be planned. Buying means long lead times — researching the right model, securing approvals, arranging payment, and waiting for delivery.
With ECA Hire, it’s simple. Get the machine you need, with fast delivery available. Our industry experts will guide you to the best machine for the job — and if needed, we can even visit your site to assess your requirements before supplying the latest, most productive Kärcher professional equipment.
The cleaning industry is evolving faster than ever — and we are proud to work very closely with Kärcher who leads the way with innovative, high-performance machines. By hiring, you’ll always have access to the latest models, fully cleaned, serviced, and ready to perform.
Hire for exactly as long as you need, and when the time comes again, you’ll receive the newest, most advanced version. For customer-facing businesses, this also means your equipment always looks professional and presentable — giving the right impression to staff, visitors, and the public.
Investing in cleaning machinery is a big commitment — so why not hire first? Hiring for a few weeks lets you test the machine in real-world conditions before making a capital purchase, giving you complete peace of mind.
You’ll benefit from expert advice and training along the way, ensuring you get the most from your equipment. By trialling, you can assess performance, flexibility, frequency of use, and the efficiency gains delivered — helping you make smarter, more informed buying decisions.
