Derek was very helpful indeed, and certainly knows his stuff. I travelled to his Unit where he demonstrated the pressure washer id'e purchased and assembled the kit, got it up and running so it gave me the reassurance I needed. He's on the phone should any issues arise so more than helpful ! I've absolutely no problem in recommending his company so its a 10 out of 10 from me.
